The people Democratic party (PDP) member eying the Chairmanship of Yala Local Government, Cross river, Hon.Ogar Declan Genesis, on Friday said he had plans to build the capacity of youths in Information Communications Technology (ICT) and entrepreneurship. Declan, according to a statement signed by his Media Consultant, Mr Adoga , unfolded the plan when he launched his house-to-house campaign in the local government area.
